Message from UK Director Dr David Elms
Date - 12.10.202312th October 2023
First of all, I would like to say that the Feast of Tabernacles this year was an amazing event. It must not be forgotten in the mists of time because of the wicked invasion by Hamas on the day of Simchat Torah, which means ‘Rejoicing over the Word of God’.
Joy is our strength, but fear is a tool of darkness.
Until that dreadful final day, the rejoicing, worship, fellowship and teachings were spectacular. We know that the plan of the evil one is to kill, destroy and steal. Equally so, we know that there is an abundance in the Lord and that everything will be used for good by the Lord.
Our wonderful tour leaders, Tanel & Joanne ensured everything went well. They saw that every person was well looked after at all times. The safety and well-being of the UK tour group and the UK Feast volunteers was of prime importance to the Israel authorities and our tour guide.
At this time of great fear and confusion for the Jewish people, and indeed, for all innocent people from every background, may they find a divine Shalom that passes understanding.
Please read the official declaration of support for Israel by Jürgen on behalf of ICEJ. But now the question, “How can you support Israel in her hour of need?”
There are many projects in desperate need of your help. However, the priority is in spiritual battle through prayer. If you can join with us in universal prayer for Israel, we will be praying every day at 2pm UK time (please see details below).
The Lord is a refuge for his people, and a stronghold for the children of Zion.
Joel 3:16
Blessings and Shalom,
Dr David Elms
